This Cookie Notice explains how Kyuzo Corporation d/b/a Senders ("Senders," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and customer portal. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies we use

We use two kinds of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site and portal to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include cookies that keep you signed in, maintain your session, and support security (for example, protecting against cross-site request forgery). Because these are essential to provide a service you have requested, they do not require consent.

We also set a cookie named senders_consent that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics and advertising cookies, for 180 days.

Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your consent). On our public marketing website (senders.ai) we use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited (or Google LLC, depending on your location), to manage Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. We use them to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising, including whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to a sign-up or a booked call. These tags may set cookies such as _ga, _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) and _gcl_au (Google Ads conversion measurement, up to 90 days), and they send Google information about your visit, such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details.

These tools load only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. Until then, Google Tag Manager is not loaded and no request is made to Google. If you click "Reject", they are never loaded. We do not use these tools in our customer portal, our MCP server, or any page that shows customer data.

Google processes this information under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area, relying on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of our website. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading these tools and delete the Google cookies we can reach from our site.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the portal from working.

Changes

We will update this Notice as we add or change cookies, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
